This arrangement is perfect for a large cello orchestra – though we have performed it quite successfully with our cello quartet. Part 1 requires thumb position and treble clef. Part 2 only has one spot where thumb position is suggested. Parts 3 and 4 stay in 1st – 4th position. So it is not too hard but it is great fun and very effective in performance!
