This arrangement is specifically designed for a student group of mixed levels. The original cello line is mostly played in part 2. Cello 1 covers much of the piano part and ventures into thumb position. Cello parts 3 and 4 are quite easy with Cello 4 almost entirely playable using open strings and harmonics.
